"Do you come to me?" Yes. In-home visits are available throughout Loudoun County, along with in-studio and virtual appointments. A fee for in-home care will apply.

Here's What a Consultation Looks Like
01. Intake & History
We start with a full review of your birth experience, feeding goals, and any challenges you're facing. No detail is too small.
02. Baby & Body Assessment
Anna will observe a feeding, assess latch and positioning, and gently evaluate milk transfer and oral function when applicable.
03. Your Personalized Plan
You'll leave with a clear, written care plan tailored specifically to you and your baby .
04. Hands-On Coaching
Real-time guidance to improve comfort, build your confidence, and give you practical strategies you can use right away.
05. Follow-Up Support
Your care doesn't end when the appointment does. Anna provides message-based follow-up and referrals to trusted resources as needed.

A Path Forward accepts insurance for lactation services. Coverage varies based on your individual plan. Contact us if you have questions about whether your insurance qualifies.
In Office Self Pay Rates
Initial Lactation Consultation — $150
Follow-Up Consultation — $125
Prenatal Lactation Consultation — $125
Virtual Consultation (Prenatal & Weaning) — $85
APF offers care in the comfort of your own home at the rates listed above plus a $40 travel fee.
HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach. I founded A Path Forward because I believe every mom deserves personalized, evidence-based support, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
I work with families across Northern Virginia from my studio location in Leesburg, VA, and virtually for prenatal and weaning support. I've supported moms through every kind of feeding journey: first-time moms, twin moms, moms who almost gave up, and moms who just needed someone in their corner.
