One-on-one in-person sessions at our private Leesburg studio, designed specifically for the maternal body. Every program is built around where you are right now.
02. Virtual Programming
Custom training plans delivered through an app, designed for moms who need flexibility. You work at your own pace, with programming that updates as you progress.
Note: virtual coaching is programming-based, not live online sessions.
03. Nutrition Coaching
Personalized macro and calorie guidance, meal structure support, and practical strategies built for real mom life. Available as a standalone service or paired with your training membership at a reduced member rate.
04. Red Light Therapy
Complimentary for all in-person training members. A powerful tool for muscle recovery, circulation, and postpartum healing that lives right in the studio.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I founded A Path Forward because I believe moms deserve support that is personalized, evidence-based, and built around their actual life.
I work with moms in-person at my private studio in Leesburg, VA and deliver custom programming virtually for moms who need flexibility. Whether you are eight weeks pregnant, eight weeks postpartum, or years into motherhood and finally carving out time for yourself, you are in the right place.
